Online Follow Up

Nutrition Consultation Summary

It is recommended that clients attend at least 1 follow up appointment as these appointments are a great opportunity to touch base, review your goals, make any adjustments, answer any questions, as well as providing you with motivation and support. Consultation is via video or phone call.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change or cancel your appointment. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you do wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, or you don't turn up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for initial and follow-up appointments. There will be no refunds given for participants who do not turn up to group nutrition sessions or if insufficient notice is given.
