Pip Meads
I am passionate about helping people achieve a balanced diet, improve their nutrition knowledge, and develop a healthy relationship with food.
As a business owner and mum of 2 children I know and understand the unique challenges when it comes to nutrition and trying to get the balance right. I also want to share my first-hand experience of the day-to-day challenges of living with coeliac disease and use my knowledge to help educate and support others on following a healthy balanced gluten free diet.
My goal is to encourage long-term sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes by helping individuals and couples improve their nutrition knowledge and develop a healthy relationship with food. I offer simple and sustainable written recommendations tailored to your nutrition goals, lifestyle and budget.
I believe maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. There is a lot of conflicting information about nutrition and health which can be confusing and may be keeping you from your goals. I want to bring nutrition back to being SIMPLE by providing simple, sustainable, evidence-based nutrition advice. As we work together I will equip you with the knowledge, skills, tools, and motivation to develop a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I understand that sharing your nutrition journey with me is a very personal choice therefore I will provide you with on-going support, guidance, education and motivation all within a supportive environment to help you stay focused and achieve your goals.
I am a member of Coeliac New Zealand and currently volunteer as an area coordinator supporting people with coeliac disease. I am a member of the Nutrition Society of New Zealand.
