Pip Meads
I am passionate about helping people achieve a balanced diet, improve their nutrition knowledge and develop a healthy relationship with food. As a business owner and mum of 2 children I know and understand the unique challenges when it comes to nutrition and trying to get the balance right.
I believe maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. There is a lot of conflicting information about nutrition and health which can be confusing and may be keeping you from your goals. I want to bring nutrition back to being SIMPLE by providing simple, sustainable, evidence-based nutrition advice. As we work together I will equip you with the knowledge, skills, tools and motivation to develop a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I am a member of Coeliac New Zealand and currently volunteer as the Christchurch area coordinator supporting people with coeliac disease. As a nutritionist with coeliac disease I want to share my first-hand experience of the day-to-day challenges of living with coeliac disease and use my knowledge to help educate and support others on following a healthy balanced gluten free diet.
I am a member of the Nutrition Society of New Zealand and currently working towards becoming a Registered Nutritionist with the Society.
