Individual Online Initial Consultation $150 (60 minutes), Couple Consultation $250 (90 minutes)
A comprehensive nutrition assessment discussing your current nutrition issues and goals.
To ensure you gain maximum benefit from your appointment you will receive a detailed nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire including a 3-day food, exercise and sleep diary to complete before your consultation. The information you provide will help me assess your current issues, dietary intake, and understand your lifestyle.
During the consultation we will discuss information provided on your pre-consultation nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire, your health concerns and goals. Together we will create simple sustainable recommendations tailored to your nutrition and wellness goals, and lifestyle. After the consultation, you will receive via email the recommendations discussed as well as any relevant resources.
Couple consultations are a great opportunity for people wanting their partner to join them on their nutrition and wellness journey.
Online consultations are completed via phone/video call (Zoom) and email. Please note that online consultations are only available to individuals/couples living within New Zealand only.
Follow Up Consultation $50
Follow up appointments are a great opportunity to touch base, monitor progress, review your goals, make any adjustments, answer any questions, as well as providing you with motivation, guidance and support.
It is recommended that clients attend at least 1 follow up appointment.
Follow Up Consultation Packages
3x 30minute follow up consultations - $135 (save $15)
6x 30minute follow up consultations - $275 (save $25)
This is a great option if you are wanting to keep on track with regular follow up consultations.
